Is your software project off track?

Late. Over budget. Not what you asked for. And an integrator who answers every question with half of one. I have been the frustrated client, and I have been the person brought in to fix it. Clients call me the Software Whisperer because I speak both languages: yours and the developers'.

How a rescue runs

  1. Assessment

Two weeks. I read the contract, the plan and the code status, and interview both sides. You get a plain-English report on what is really wrong.

  2. The plan

A reset scope, a realistic schedule, and the three decisions only you can make, laid out with the cost of each.

  3. Delivery in sprints

Short build cycles with visible progress at the end of each one. No more waiting three months to see nothing.

Starting a project from scratch

The same method, in order: a requirements session that ends in a written Scope of Services, a detailed cost estimate, a project plan with milestones, and an agile sprint schedule.
