Buyer's-Eye Proposal Review

I have sat on the buyer's side of more than 40 major outsourcing and technology selections. I will review your proposal the way the committee will, before they do, and show you exactly where you are losing points.

Who this is for

Outsourcing providers, legal-services companies, legal-technology and software vendors, and IT firms that answer requests for proposals and want to win more of them.

What you get

  1. A scored evaluation

Your draft scored on a weighted sheet, criterion by criterion, as an evaluator would score it.

  2. A written red-line

Where you answered the question you wished we had asked. Where the pricing has no total. Where the transition plan is missing a date.

  3. A 60-minute debrief

We go through it together so your team knows how to fix it, this bid and the next one.

  4. Optional rewrite

I rewrite the sections that lost the most points.

Price

$3,500 for the scored review, red-line and debrief. $7,500–$15,000 with the rewrite, depending on the proposal's length.

Turnaround is five business days from the day I receive the draft.
