Public-sector work
Independent Validation and Verification oversight of enterprise electronic health record, human capital, software-as-a-service and enterprise resource planning systems, including Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP, for New York State and New York City agencies. For the Department of Education, projects that moved spreadsheet processes to web-based tools. Hundreds of product defects documented so vendors could fix them before go-live. A database application and marketing strategy built for NYSTEC's Independent Validation and Verification service line.
Corporate results
- GS Taxi. A client-server billing application that eliminated billing errors worth $3–5 million a year.
- Cars@myDesk. A web platform with real-time integrations for a client with more than $30 million in annual industry spend, saving $1–3 million a year on billing and booking errors.
- Blackcar Web. Web portals with live booking, billing and reporting that came to process more than half of the industry's top corporate spend, with savings of $500,000 to $1 million per deployment.
